VENTURE PARTNER // EXECUTIVE TEAM
The Venture Partner role at SEV is effectively a co-founder position. You'll be a key member of the executive team, driving all aspects of the company's growth and operations.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who can operate at the intersection of multiple disciplines - engineering, marketing, finance, operations - with exceptional capabilities across the board. You'll be involved in sourcing new ventures, leading due diligence, incubating internal concepts, and providing hands-on support to our portfolio companies.
We're looking for a true polymath - someone capable of deeply understanding technical concepts while simultaneously excelling at business strategy and execution. This is not a conventional venture partner role; it's a true builder position for someone who can create from first principles and drive initiatives forward.
You will
- Help identify and nurture the next generation of groundbreaking companies
- Develop and incubate new venture concepts from inception to launch
- Provide critical strategic and operational guidance to portfolio companies
- Drive key initiatives across the entire Samuel Ernest ecosystem
- Work directly alongside the founder to shape the company's future
- Evaluate technical architectures and product strategies
- Help build and lead our world-class team

- Strong background in technology, business development, and startup operations
- Exceptional breadth of knowledge spanning engineering, marketing, finance, and operations
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Experience founding, building, or scaling successful ventures
- Deep technical understanding and product intuition
- Ability to go from zero to one and create structure from ambiguity
