TECHNICAL PARTNER // CONSUMER PRODUCT
REMOTE
FULL-TIME
Being a Technical Partner at SEV is essentially building and operating at the intersection of engineering, product, and leadership.
Your day-to-day will mirror that of a technical founder - coding across the stack while simultaneously making critical decisions on product direction, design, and growth strategies. You'll oscillate between bringing new products from 0 to 1 and scaling existing ones from 1 to a million. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves with velocity, and is passionate about building to create impact at scale.
You will
- Design and engineer full-stack features across our product ecosystem
- Lead and work with other engineers to accelerate development velocity
- Drive ideation, research, prioritization, and prototyping of new product concepts
- Collaborate closely with designers to build intuitive and engaging user interfaces
- Develop and integrate advanced AI/LLM capabilities into consumer products
- Architect systems that scale to millions while maintaining performance
- Run experiments to increase user engagement and drive growth metrics
We want
- Strong frontend development experience (React, React Native, Next.js)
- Proficiency in modern backend development (Python, FastAPI)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, Terraform)
- AI/LLM integration experience is valuable but not required
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma
- Exceptional product sense and ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a bias toward action
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in small, high-velocity teams
We offer
- Ownership and autonomy beyond what you'll find elsewhere
- Competitive compensation: Both cash and significant equity
- The opportunity to build products that reach millions
- A team obsessed with solving hard problems
