GROWTH ENGINEER // MARKETING

As a Growth Engineer at SEV, you'll be responsible for driving millions of users to our portfolio of consumer products.
Your role requires thinking like our users, mapping their environments, and engineering systems to reach them effectively. You'll blend technical expertise with growth strategies to design and implement initiatives that scale. Some days you'll be developing experiments to optimize paid channels, other days conceptualizing product features that drive virality. Success demands creativity, analytical rigor, and relentless execution.
You Will
- Create and manage both paid and organic marketing initiatives
- Reverse-engineer competitor growth strategies to identify opportunities
- Build systematic processes for scaling successful channels
- Develop frameworks to analyze and improve performance metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with creators and distribution platforms
- Work with product teams to develop features that drive explosive growth
- Apply data-driven methodologies to optimize user acquisition funnels
We want
- Scrappy, creative thinker who can execute rapidly
- Experience in growth marketing for consumer products
- Proficiency with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
